When nature offers us its most precious possession

The Domaine’s vegetable garden covers some 5,000m2. Operated entirely in respect of nature, all products from our garden are guaranteed to be free of chemical inputs.

Here, we let nature do its work. Vegetable species are combined with each other to allow for an exchange of nutrients and to help each other grow. Hedgehogs, ladybirds, bees and other friendly insects are welcome and are the best natural insecticides you can dream of.

And when we promise to give priority to supplying ourselves with small local producers, it is not an empty promises since part of the production from our vegetable garden is on the plates of the restaurant Le Jardin. Freshness guaranteed!

Visit the vegetable garden. From mid-May to the end of September, take advantage of the direct sale of our vegetables, every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
