Cooking the products of our land

Our cuisine is in the image of the Domaine: creative, in symbiosis with nature and the cycle of the seasons.

Our products come mainly from our garden, which is cultivated in a way that respects nature according to the production and seasons, as well as from local suppliers.

We strive to compose our menus with local products as well as seasonal, organic and/or IP Suisse ingredients. We prefer products that are grown in a way that respects nature and animals, which is why you will not find any hunting products or endangered fish species here.

We offer homemade drinks based on organic products as well as organic wines.

Feng-shui is also found on the plates with our 5 elements menu. Fire for meat, Wood and Earth for vegetarian dishes, Water for fish and Metal for desserts.
