Cooking the produces of our land

Our cuisine is in the image of the Domain: creative, in symbiosis with nature and the cycle of the seasons.

Our produces come mostly from our garden, which is cultivated with the respect of nature in mind and according to the seasonal cycles and production, as well as from local suppliers.

We strive to compose our menus with local produces as well as seasonal, organic and/or IP Swiss ingredients. We prefer produces that are grown in a way that respects nature and animals, which is why you will find a choice of vegetarian, vegan options, as well as local produces

We offer homemade drinks made out of organic produces as well as organic wines.
