We’re committed to helping our guests discover colourful dishes with original flavours, made from quality produce sourced mainly from the region… and even from our own vegetable garden.
Although our menu is mostly vegetarian, meat lovers will not be disappointed, and neither will those who follow a vegan diet. We’re convinced that with sustainable cooking, everyone can enjoy it.
Even on the drinks side, we try to offer you unique products. By the way, have you tried our signature homemade lemonade?

As for the vegetables of our garden, they are produced by “L’Atelier Vert du CIS” (The green workshop of the CIS), which has obtained the “Terre durable” label.
