As a part of the Centre d’Intégration Socioprofessionnelle (CIS), Le Domaine attaches great importance to training and professional reintegration through a supportive approach that encourage self-determination.
Meeting the criteria of the primary job market, the Domaine enables CIS beneficiaries to experience the rhythm of the free economy. The presence of socio-professional coaches ensures that this is done under conditions that promote the well-being of workers.
We host two reintegration workshops at Le Domaine:
- L’Atelier Vert (the green workshop), which manages our vegetable garden.
- L’Atelier Animalier (the animal workshop), which facilitates professional reintegration through interaction with animals.
Additionally, we have integrated the Pre-Apprenticeship Integration Program, a pilot project co-funded by the Confederation and the Canton of Fribourg.
Of course, we also support apprentices throughout their training, (AFP and CFC swiss levels) and as a primary job market company, we also welcome interns from various other training programs or reintegration programs
