Due to the Tour de Romandie on April 28, 2026, access to the Domaine will be restricted, primarily between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. To reach us, we recommend traveling via the city center or the motorway.

Further information regarding access options for motorists can be found in the dedicated brochure prepared by the municipality of Villars-sur-Glâne, as well as in the maps below. Please note that the brochure is unfortunately only available in French. (All documents are available for download at the bottom of this article.)

From 12:00 p.m. onwards, the entire race route area will be completely closed to motor traffic.

The colored, dotted zones identified by letters (A to D) will be closed off at specific times:

• A: from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• B: from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• C: from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• D: from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

During these periods, it will not be possible to enter or leave the indicated zones by car. For those wishing to travel to or from the Villars-sur-Glâne area, free parking will be available at Nuithonie, Le Platy, and the Fribourg Sud shopping center.

Regarding public transport, disruptions are also expected, particularly on lines operating near the Domaine:

• Line 5: Torry – Villars-sur-Glâne Gare
  • Bus service between Villars-sur-Glâne, Cormanon and Villars-sur-Glâne Gare is suspended between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
    • The following stops will not be served: Villars-sur-Glâne, Nuithonie | Fenetta | Rte Préalpes | gare
• Line 2: Schoenberg – Les Dailles
  • Bus service between Villars-sur-Glâne, Villars-Vert and Villars-sur-Glâne, Les Dailles is suspended between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
    • The following stops will not be served: Villars-sur-Glâne, Belle-Croix | Moncor | Rochettes | Méridienne | Les Dailles
• Line 9: Givisiez, La Faye / Corminboeuf, Jo-Siffert – Villars-sur-Glâne, Petit-Moncor
  • Bus service between Villars-sur-Glâne, Berra and Villars-sur-Glâne, Petit-Moncor is suspended between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
    • The following stops will not be served: Villars-sur-Glâne, Berra | Blés-d’Or | Coulat | Rte Préalpes | Belle-Croix | Moncor | Petit-Moncor
• Line 11: Rosé – Fribourg/Freiburg, Bus Station
  • Bus service between Fribourg/Freiburg bus station and Villars-sur-Glâne Gare will be limited, with a diversion in place between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
    • The Villars-sur-Glâne Gare stop is relocated. Please use the temporary stop located 100 meters further along Route de Matran
    • The following stops will not be served: Fribourg, Richemond/gare | Beauregard | Bethléem | Vignettaz-Daler | Bertigny | Villars-sur-Glâne, Villars-Vert | Villars-sur-Glâne, Belle-Croix | Moncor | Rte Soleil | Eglise

Other lines operated by Transports Publics Fribourgeois (TPF) within the agglomeration will also run with restrictions on 28.04.2026, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
